1. DEFINITIONS

1.1  "Supplier" means Eagle Alarms (Northern Region) Ltd
1.2  "The Purchaser" means the person or company who places an order with the Supplier and/or to whom the quotation is submitted.

2. WARRANTY

2.1  The supplier warrants that all products which are found to be defective in workmanship, material or design within a period of two years from the date of installation will be either repaired or replaced free of charge and in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

2.2 This warranty does not apply to any goods that are second hand or goods supplied by the Purchaser.

2.3 This warranty does not apply to goods damaged through "acts of god" such as lighting or earthquake.

3. LIABILITY

3.1 Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Supplier shall not be liable to the Purchaser for any losses, injury or damage caused by any product malfunction or product defect where any such losses, injury or damage have not been caused by the Supplier or its agents in any way.
